O Teen Choice Awards anunciou os primeiros indicados para a edição deste ano. E nas categorias musicais, dois nomes se destacaram: os rappers Lil Nas X e Post Malone, cada um nomeado para quatro prêmios.

Muitos artistas receberam três indicações, entre eles Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga (uma indicação em categoria de filmes como "Melhor Atriz" em "Nasce Uma Estrela"), Taylor Swift, Katy Perry e Ed Sheeran.

A votação será popular e ficará aberta até o dia 25 de junho. O Teen Choice Awards 2019 acontecerá no dia 11 de agosto.
